Bluestone is the title of a book of poetry written by Eugene about his time in Pentridge Prison, which contains profound insights into prison life and its impact at a physical and psychological level. Eugene's work is inspiring, and he finds "poetry" in the most uninspiring places and events, including H Division and its impact on a prisoner's psyche, which he calls "his soul."
