About Us

Katrin Strohl and Atalanti Dionysus are historians, researchers and storytellers who work diligently together toward a shared goal, preserving history. Between them, they have spent many years researching Pentridge Prison and have developed a strong connection to its history.

They are also the founders of Pentridge Voices. This ambitious project collects stories of prisoners, their families and anecdotes from the many people Pentridge touched and continues to impact. The stories are filmed and archived. Pentridge Voices is a platform that preserves and gives voice to true stories told by real people who experienced them.

Bluestone College of Knowledge offers guided tours through Pentridge's D Division. Katrin and Atalanti are dedicated to providing visitors with the best possible tour experience. The guides have a lived experience and are therefore experts in their field committed to making the tour an unforgettable experience. Journey through time and explore the stories of those who lived and worked within these walls.

"We believe that by sharing the history of Pentridge's D Division, we can help to preserve this vital part of our heritage". Katrin & Atalanti
